Paint correction is exactly what it sounds like. It is the process of removing imperfections in your paint while bringing back shine, depth, and clarity.
It does not hide the defects. A proper correction re-levels the paint itself, removing the swirls, scratches, and haze that dull the finish, rather than filling them in to reappear later.

By the time a vehicle reaches the showroom floor, it has often been washed and dried improperly, and you can already see light swirl marks and spider webbing under the lights.
